Backround:
Jade grew up in Ireland. She was raised to be a court adviser for a human kingdom. At age 40, though still young for elves she already mastered the art of making humans deside what she wished, so her instuctors put her in a court(however when they left the kingdoms boundries they were killed off. Needless to say Jade never saw her family or mentors ever again). jade worked in the court for about three years, struggleing against a rising rebelion that she had no power to change. The king was very stubburn and would not listened to his adviser but desided to put his entire army into one huge ambush, got killed, and Jade took a secret passage into the forest. Jade never turned back to that kingdom.
In the forest, never learning all the skills she needed to survive long, also being in the one kingdom many leagues away from any other town or kingdom*humf*, she walked for three days not tiring 'til the fourth day when she sat by a sstreem and then realized that she was very tired. coalpsing in sleep, Jade slept for a whole day awakeing to a puma like wild cat stairing her in the face. Jade scearmed, the cat went in for the pounce, Jade coverd her face, but... the cat never struck. Jade looked up into a face of a man who looked like he never saw a barber..ever. His name was Jonathan Black, a hunter in many woodlads. He took Jade under his wing and taught her to hunt and live in the wild.
Jonathan took her in one, because she had no where else to go and he noticed a nautural ability to be stealthy and very agile.
At age 69, Jonathan died, giving Jade everything. he gave her his short sword(which was an exsact twin to hers), his crossbow, three daggers to add to her already three, and a ruby dagger. In memory and to show love, Jade took his name as her middle name from then on being called Jabe Black. Jade also used most of the money she got from her hunting money to give him a proper burial because to her Jonathan Black was a king and he desirved to be so in the after life.
Jade hired herself off as an assin by useing her hunting skills and her observations of most humanoid species. So now shes been traveling the world doing anything to live on.
She is curently 390 years of age. |
